Pandan Kuchen

Eier trennen
Eigelb-Schüssel:
- Eigelb mit 60g Zucker verrühren
- Pandan dazu, bis dunkelgrün (halbes Fläschchen)
- Öl dazurühren
- Mehl und Backpulver dazurühren
Eiweiss-Schüssel:
- Schnee schlagen
- Langsam den restlichen (140g) Zucker und eine Prise Salz dazu
- (Jetzt Ofen vorheizen, 175C)
- Weitere 3 Minuten schlagen
- Eigelb-Mix unterheben
Alles in Backform füllen
40-45 Minuten backen

Klingt äußerst fein. 8 Eier, kaum Backpulver, easy to bake... ich glaub das probier ich auch
